Located at the crossroads of Corniche el-Nahr and Quarantine Bridge at the main North entrance of Beirut, Naggiar’s Service Center specializes in metal sheet fabrication, and employs over 50 skilled and trained personnel and operators.
Naggiar has serviced the needs of architects, caterers, engineers and builders, among others, producing a diverse array of products, including furniture, elevators, signboards and industrial fittings.
FOLDING
The folding machine is a new addition to our services; it complements the existing press brakes, by covering a new range of applications such as: boxes, pans, enclosures and panels.

Brushing and mirroring for tubes
The new service center is equipped with a brand new brushing and mirroring machine for tubes.
The machine can process stainless steel, steel, aluminum, or any other kind of metal having round, oval, elliptical or irregular section.

CNC PUNCHING AND EMBOSSING
Punch presses are developed for high flexibility and efficient processing of metal stampings. The method is used where the application of lasers are inefficient or technically impractical.

CUTTING
The cutting machine works by first clamping the material with a ram. A moving blade then comes down across a fixed blade to shear the material.

Bending is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly sheet metal.

Brushing and deburring for sheets
Brushed metal is a metal with a unidirectional satin finish. Brushing gives metal a distinctive look, as it retains some but not all of its metallic lustre and is given a pattern of very fine lines parallel to the brushing direction.
