Electro-galvanized sheets and strips

Coating steel with a thin layer of electrolitically deposited zinc or zincnickel to increase its corrosion resistance. It is available in a variety of coating weights depending on the protection desired. Electrogalvanizing is a cold-coating electroplating process that, unlike the hot-dip process, does not influence the mechanical properties of the sheet steel. Electrogalvanizing provides a more uniform coating.
